Fantastic Shower Experience

The bathroom was spacious, featuring a fab shower that really made my stay enjoyable. After a busy day in the city, I looked forward to the refreshing experience of the rain shower. It was one of the highlights of my time at Hyatt Centric Times Square.

Comfortable Sleeping Experience

I had an incredible time during my stay in NYC, thanks to the Hyatt Centric. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate my requests, and the location was perfect for exploring. The room was comfortable and clean, making it a delightful home base for our adventures. However, I did hear some noise from the street at times, which was a bit distracting, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I had a great time at this hotel, especially because of the fantastic location just a short walk from Times Square and Fifth Avenue. The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a restful stay. The breakfast voucher system worked well for us, but the restricting time limit was a bit inconvenient. Overall, this hotel offered excellent value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the heart of the city.
